Sea Search

Sea Search is a community based scientific monitoring program enabling the community to get involved in active conservation and management of their local marine protected area.

Sea Search is effectively a “citizen science” project encouraging Friends and community groups to monitor the marine plants and animals in their local Marine National Parks and Marine Sanctuaries.

Volunteers can explore and learn about the diversity of marine plants and animals found in Victoria's Marine Protected Areas while adding to the scientific knowledge of the parks.
